Meet The Team


Jada Jackson
Jada is a second-year MPH candidate at the University of Michigan School of Public Health specializing in Health Behavior and Health Equity and pursuing a Maternal and Child Health Certificate. She is passionate about fighting for health equity and access to care and eliminating health disparities. After graduation, she will complete a two-year administrative fellowship at Michigan Medicine to become a future leader and advocate in healthcare.

Jasmine Allen
Jasmine Allen is a junior at the University of Michigan, majoring in Nursing. She is passionate about advancing access to healthcare in underserved communities and community service. After receiving her undergraduate degree, she is planning to work as a registered nurse and
eventually advance her education and involvement in working with different populations.

Addison Jennings
Addison Jennings is a sophomore on a pre-med track with an intended major in Movement Science. She is passionate about pediatric and adolescent health and plans to pursue a career in Pediatric medicine. She highly values health accessibility and education in underserved communities. She plans to use her passion to help minimize healthcare disparities and improve the quality of care for those in need.

Miya Newman
Miya Newman is a senior at the University of Michigan studying Biomedical Engineering. Her academic and research interests center on improving health outcomes and accessibility through engineering and community engagement. Miya is passionate about advancing health equity and representation, utilizing her leadership and outreach to promote inclusion and awareness within both the engineering and broader healthcare sectors.
